The main objectives of FEBA are to inform, raise awareness, and encourage the African diaspora to create businesses in Belgium and to serve as a support framework for them to invest in Belgium. It also aims to interest Belgian companies in investing in Africa through partnerships or cooperation dynamics for sustainable economic and social development.

FEBA is also an opportunity for cooperation between African and Belgian companies, presenting a unique opportunity to explore business and investment opportunities between Africa and Belgium. This is a good option for the African diaspora to sit around the same table with other African economic operators and explore avenues of cooperation and capital inflows in their countries of origin. It is also an opportune moment for the signing of cooperation contracts between Belgian and African companies. The FEBA coordination team will ensure the facilitation and support of African entrepreneurs who wish to set up their businesses in the Walloon Region, and vice versa.
